We spend most of our lives in one place and one place only. We wake up, go to work, school, come back home and occasionally go out. The days seem to be nothing more than a routine and I must say, it does get kind of boring. I haven’t really had the opportunity to travel; I mean I’ve been to Oklahoma and Minnesota to visit family but nothing outside of the states, not to vacation really. When I was little I always imagined that once I got older I would have these cool vacations that would turn into these incredible adventure like I saw Mary-Kate and Ashley do in all of their movies. Sadly I wasn’t in a movie and when I did get older, the closes thing I got to a Mary-Kate and Ashley movie was going to Mammoth Lake during wintertime when I was really sick and almost froze to death. Now that I am older, and not even close to feeling like an adult, I have yet to take that vacation that I’ve always wanted. Of course now the destinations have changed and I no longer want to go on an adventure and find gold in the Bahamas.
Lately I have been thinking of places I would like to vacation to, I've even began to look into getting my passport. Yes, the travel bug has bit me ! There are so many places that I would love to go to. I want to visit a place that is tropical, has history, a places with breath taking views, with mouth watering foods, an absolute perfect vacation spot. A place where i will make memories that I will keep with me forever. So much research needs to be made, but for now I will continue saving so that when I do know where to go, I can purchase that ticket and go where ever my heart desires.
